Life After Stroke Support Group
This no-cost group facilitated by the staff at Center for Neurorehabilitation Services (CNS) meets on the 3rd Wednesday of every month from 12:30-2:00pm. Stroke survivors, family, and caregivers are welcomed to attend. Please call (970) 493-6667 ext. 366 to find out more information and to reserve a place in the group.
